What do you do? I work for a fantastic Ironman travel company, Endurance Sports Travel, and I coach multisport athletes through my company TriBy3 Coaching. What is an average training week? Generally 20-25 hours per week. Why do you enjoy what you do so much? Triathlon gives me the ability to test myself everyday in such a unique way. I learn something new about me every time I put on my shoes or jump in the pool and I love that. Plus I get to ride my bike everyday instead of sitting behind a desk. What could be better? What are your goals? I would like to one day be able to honestly say that I am the fastest in the world over any distance. Most significant achievement? Being an Age-Group World Champion! Most exciting event or adventure? I haven't done it yet, but at the beginning of 2010 I will be running 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 weeks to raise money and awareness for AIDS orphans in Africa (www.Hoperuns.org) Greatest indulgence? Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Thoughts on Jaggad apparel? Aside from being the most comfortable and efficient clothing I have ever worn, Jaggad is more committed to their athletes and customers than any other company out there. They are accessible, friendly, and completely devoted to bettering the sport of triathlon through product development and event sponsorship. Final Words? "I now have only good days and great days"
