| What do you do? I’m a Physiotherapist What is an average training week? 20-25 hours of swim, bike and run. Why do you enjoy what you do so much? I love the lifestyle and friendships i have made through this sport. Triathlon, be it training or racing, is something i look forward to each day. Going to work after training makes the whole day ten times better. Add on the fantastic places you go to to race all around the country, the satisfaction of crossing that finish line and the amazing people you meet along the way. This is why i love triathlon!! What are your goals? To become a better athlete with each race, always give my best and to stand on the podium at the Hawaiian Ironman World Championships! Most significant achievement? My most significant achievement so far has been competing in my first Ironman at Port Macquarie this year (2008) along with my dad (who was also racing Ironman for the first time). Most exciting event or adventure? Definitely running the six-foot-track in the Australian Blue Mountains. One of the most challenging yet awesome runs i have ever done! My quads were screaming by the end!! Greatest indulgence? Coffee, ice cream and anything chocolate! Thoughts on Jaggad apparel? Jaggad has such a huge variety of bike, run and triathlon apparel you can always find something to suit your needs. The styles are well designed and extremely comfortable, especially for women who may not be the perfect shape. The fabric is good quality and durable (essential when your training and racing a lot) with great colours!!! Final Words? Life is there to be lived not watched. Always give it your best.
