What do you do? Train, drink coffee, sleep, eat, spend time with my husband, friends and family, oh and I work part time as an Occupational Therapist in Aged care! What is an average training week? 15-20hrs. Why do you enjoy what you do so much? Challenging, the places you race, the people you meet. What are your goals? Continue to race competitively, improve on last season’s times and therefore get some podium finishes!! Most significant achievement? Winning the London Duathlon, London was a tough place to keep fit! Most exciting event or adventure? Following the Tour de France in 2007, riding up Col de Galibier and Alpe d’heuz nothing as beautiful and exhilarating when your reach the top! Then compare the time the pro tour riders do it in!! Greatest indulgence? Chocolate milk and dark, daily habit I can’t kick! Thoughts on Jaggad apparel? Great gear, looks good, feels good and the guys who developed it are pretty cool too!!
