From:
Coogee, NSW, AUS.
Discipline :
Triathlon.                                    Pro or Age group :                       Age Group 35-39.                       Goals Career:
To bring down my Ironman time to under 11 hours and ultimately under 10!                            Favourite Race :
Sri Chinomy Canberra Long Course and looking forward to Ironman WA.
Best Attribute :                      Patience and strong willed.      Best Discipline :
Ride.                                         Favourite Garment :                     Iron Tri Suit - to race in a suit that is comfortable beyond words. It stays in place throughout all 3 legs. During long course races it's one less thing to worry about. Best attribute of the Iron Tri Suit has to be the external leg grippers.                        Favourite web site :            cellbikes.com.au and, of course, jaggad.com

What do you do? PDHPE Teacher - Trinity Grammar School.

What is an average training week? 25 hours.

Why do you enjoy what you do so much? The challenge of training for Ironman, the feeling of being healthy, the solitude of early morning rides and the beauty of creating balance in a busy life. Training on my own for an Ironman gives me such a good 'headspace' and enables me to cope with the daily challenge of being without my 2 awesome kids.

What are your goals? Longevity in the sport of triathlon, to qualify for Hawaii, encourage others to be involved in a sport that caters for all and offers a quality of life.

Most significant achievement? Surviving with my kids living interstate and developing the most amazing relationship with my fiancé.

Most exciting event or adventure? Foster Ironman 1992 as a 19 year old and returning to Ironman in 2008 in Busselton.

Greatest indulgence? Lollies and custard tarts.

Thoughts on Jaggad apparel? A company that supplies athletes with quality garments that are based on feedback from real athletes. What more could you ask for?

Final Words? Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
