What do you do? Insulation Contractor aka Saving the Environment! What is an average training week? Weight-Training 2-3x per week, Bike/Run/Swim 3.5 hours 2-3x per week, racquetball league. About 17 hours per week on average. Why do you enjoy what you do so much? All my life I've been heavy and unhappy with what I saw in the mirror & pictures. Now I'm watching my hard work and dedication change my body into something I'm proud of. The feeling of achievement, embracing the transformation and witnessing the body change is amazing. What are your goals? To reach my ideal weight, participate in a triathlon, help & inspire others and continue to have doctors tell me I’m in great shape and in no need of medications. Most significant achievement? Overcoming obesity and embracing a healthy and fit lifestyle. Most exciting event or adventure? Swam across Lake Arrowhead. Greatest indulgence? Dark Chocolate.
