Cycle 3x, Run 2x, Kayak x1, Gym x1. Swim when possible. Why do you enjoy what you do so much? I love the variety, the challenge, the coffee afterwards, the social side and the outdoors. What are your goals? To improve without doing more training time and without injury and still enjoy the workouts. Most exciting event or adventure? Every AR I have done has been it’s own exciting adventure. Most significant achievement? To persevere with the husband’s mountain bike in the beginning. Thoughts on Jaggad apparel? Stylish, comfortable, flattering - I wouldn't wear anything else! Final words? I love the thought that you don’t slow down because you get old, you get old because you slow down!
