Comments on fabric: Nice thicker vest for cold / cooler rides, with good ventilation at rear of vest to maintain core temp.

Overall: Late fall / early winter bike vest, perfect for maintaining body temp with wind blocking front and mesh rear panel. Ample pocket space to stash enough gels, bars and newtons (personal favorite) for a century ride.
