Fit is great, it was comfortable on the bike and off. In addition to cycling
I also compete in some of the shotgun shooting sports and have always struggled
to find a jacket that I could comfortably shoot in without restricting upper
body movement or the bulk of the jacket upsetting gun fit. The invest jacket
will definitely be coming along to the shotgun range when the weather is
cold and wet.
Comments on fabric:
The fabric seems ideal for the intended purpose, first use on the bike was
an early morning ride at the very start of our oz spring frosty and 2 deg.
C, for the first time in those conditions I can say I was warm from the start.
I feel I could comfortably ride in any winter weather I will likely encounter
here (down to -2 or -3 C). The fabric was flexible and supple which added
to the comfort.
Summary:
Great jacket and more than happy with my purchase, it’s always a bonus
when you can see an item of ‘specialised” clothing seeing service
outside of it’s intended purpose. Cycling, shooting and casual wear it
will see plenty of use during the cooler/wetter months for sure.

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? Winter riding and running in temperatures below 10 degrees celcius. Can be used in temps above 10 degrees celcius if the jacket’s arms are removed.
Comments on fabric: This jersey is awesome whilst riding in extreme cold as it is exceptional at preventing wind chill.
Overall: The best winter jacket I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. It eliminates windchill completely and allowed me to train all of the way through the Canberra Winter without discomfort.

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? This jacket is great for those chilly days when you just get resist getting out for a bike ride or a run. It keeps you incredibly warm while also giving you piece of mind that if it were to start raining, you have nothing to worry about. Excellent for cycling with a zippered pocket on the lower back and works well for running.

I got the jacket yesterday!!!! Very efficient service as I ordered it on Tuesday. The jacket is fantastic and was put to good use last night when I rode home in the rain. I was dry and warm despite the heavy rain and only wearing a t-shirt underneath. Same thing this morning. It was cold at 7:00am when I rode but I was very cosy and warm in the jacket. Great design, colour and fabric. Love it!!!!! This is the ideal piece of cycling clothing for cold weather. The removable sleeves are the best part as you only need to carry one piece of clothing for all weather situations.
