Chris McDonald Reviews Mens One Tri Suit

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? Sprint Triathlon up to IM distance.

Please provide your review of this garment: The one tri suit is fantastic fro all triathlon distances. With rear pockets to hold race day nutrition and a 40cm long front zipper for ventilation on those hot race days.

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? Triathlon racing (Ironman to sprint distance).

Comments on fabric: Very comfortable, breathable, I did not feel overheated during the race( at least not from the fabric).

Comments on fit/style: Was not sure I would like a one piece race suit, but after racing in the One Tri Suit, I was sold. Perfect fit, once I put it on, it stayed in place throughout the entire race (70.3), very aero, but not confining or restricting my movement in any way. Stayed in place during the swim and even after removing my swim skin I didn’t have to readjust at all (not wasting any time in T1). Compared to the other race suits I saw out on the course, Jaggad’s suits are by far the best looking and with the most up-to-date style.

Overall: Long or short course race suit for the serious competitor who wants to not have to worry about there gear during the race. Very aero, form fitting, breathable fabric, perfect for hot weather races.

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? Triathlons of any length. I plan to wear it in Xterra races next season.

Comments on fabric: I never felt wet, hot, or cold! I was very impressed with the fabric and how the suit kept me from thinking, “I’m cold” or “I’m hot.” Usually on the run I get hot/sweaty. I didn’t in the 5009—very impressive. What is really impressive is that I didn’t feel wet after the swim to bike transition—it never crossed my mind that I was wet while on the bike. After the race, I thought about it and said to myself, “wow.” I think the reason is that my tri tops used to drip a bit and I’d feel it on my belly. I’d also feel water running down my leg. I didn’t with the 5009.

Comments on chamois/pad:
My saddle is an ISM Adamo Racing Saddle made by Blackwell Research; it’s a non-standard saddle with a unique nose. Chamois isn’t a concern for me unless it is too big. The chamois on the 5009 wasn’t too big and was not notable during wear, which is a good thing for me.

Overall: If you’ve never raced in a tri suit, you have got to try the One Tri Suit. It has everything you need for a triathlon of any length and its performance will shock you. This is the first tri suit I have ever worn because I had always questioned if there is a big difference between a one piece suit and two piece suit. I question no more—the one piece is a lot more comfortable. “Two integrated mesh pockets ideally placed for accessibility; pocket location will also prevent your race fuel from bouncing .”

Jaggad One Tri Suit Performance at Mission Bay Triathlon: I raced in the Jaggad One Tri Suit for the first time, which is also the first time I ever wore a one piece suit. The placement of the rear pockets right over the buttocks is superb; they’re positioned so things don’t bounce around your back and are very easy to reach. The zipper closure is well designed and well placed; it didn’t pop out the top of my wetsuit and didn’t bounce on the run, unlike my old tri top’s zipper. I also didn’t feel compelled to unzip the top during the run, partly because of the perfect temperature, but also because I didn’t have an annoying zipper bouncing on my chest. The suit dried extremely quickly; I never felt wet, not even after the swim. The One Tri Suit is my favourite piece of clothing in the closet!

Couldn't have been happier with my tri suit at the recent US C Tri Michigan State. Fellow teammates on my club team were asking about it and I only had good things to say. It dried off immediately, did not slow me down without a wetsuit, and was comfortable the entire race giving me one less thing to worry about on my way to the finish.

Paul Davies Reviews Mens One Tri Suit

One Tri Suit is great overall all Tri distances, I have used from Sprint to Ironman and is just fantastic everytime

Comments on fit/style: Suit fits me so well, great support through leg, and very comfortable to wear

Comments on fabric: The suit feels great to put on, very soft but strong, I sometimes train in it underneath a windbreaker vest as I love the feel/rear pockets (no bounce being one piece suit when you have them loaded up).

What types of activities do you think this garment would be good for? Any length triathlon and training
