#RJxJAGGAD LAUNCH EVENT

What a day it was!!

We had perfect Melbourne weather to bring in spring- the sun was shining, the music was pumping and the location was beautifully picturesque as we launched the latest Rebecca Judd for JAGGAD Collection.

Sorry (not sorry!) for spamming your Instagram feeds, we have been very excited and proud to showcase this new collection to you all.

Held at a private residence we were greeted with an exceptional morning to play cardio tennis followed by a beautiful sit down brunch catered by Fourside Food Design and Events.

Styled by Party with Lenzo, the beautiful space was taken over by this season’s on-trend hue lilac, one of Bec’s favourite shades of the moment, paired with variable shades of soft pink, blue and purple through key elements such as beautiful blooms by Hi Petal, balloons by Belle Ballons and complimentary table arrangements from Dann Event Hire, Sketch and Etch Creative and Table Art Event Hire.

As guests arrived decked all out in the new #RJxJAGGAD collection, they were met with glasses of lilac lemonade or bubbles as they splayed onto the lawn to mingle, chat and get their photo taken on the media wall.

A pool completed the theme and made us feel like we were in another tropical country making the location for this launch one of a kind, with an injection of Sketch & Etch's acrylic jumbo pool letters that spelt ‘JAGGAD’ it added a stand out statement to an area of the event space that we absolutely LOVED!

Balloons in varying shades of pink and purple filled the media wall (attaching to a wire backdrop from Dann Event Hire) creating a 3D effect and a standout design (from Belle Balloons) playing on the theme of tennis with the shapes replicating tennis balls. Small balloon installations filled the area around the whole event space comprising of suspended balloons behind the table settings, floating in the pool and around the tennis net to create a complimentary well tied in theme across the board.

Music was pumping; the atmosphere was set with beats played by Masterchef contestant, friend and DJ Khanh Ong to get everyone in the celebratory mode.

As formal introductions were made, then came the tennis part of the day. Cardio Tennis is Bec’s favourite way to keep fit, have fun and be active on a weekly basis. Not only does it get the heart rate up but best of all, it doesn’t feel like a workout! Played at many tennis centres around the country, it is a great way to be active with your friends.

Marcus was our coach for the day, a cardio tennis coach based in Brighton. Guests were split into groups of 8 to run around the court, have a hit and most importantly a giggle. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and boy Melbourne did you turn it on!

After having a bit of a run around and endorphin release, then came the sit down lunch and post workout refuel. Dann Event Hire made the sit-down aspect of the day possible with beautifully themed lilac chairs, table wear and crockery to bring the styling to life.

Table Art Event Hire added their touch with linen tablecloths and dusty pink stripe napkins.

Tables were filled with acrylic name cards, lilac menus and logo placed cocktail mixes for drinks by Sketch and Etch.

Beautiful blooms filled the centre of the table with posies from Hi Petal encompassing the colour palette of lilac, soft pink and white hues and each guest could take home their own petals.

Whilst hearing about the inspiration and the JAGGAD journey from Michelle Greene (Creative Director) and Bec, guests were treated to a ‘share’ type grazing lunch with platters of healthy and delicious food by Fourside Food.

At the conclusion of the day and for a bit of a sweet fix, For an Angel Cake provided tennis ball themed cake pops that were ever so cute and delicious in a lilac matching shade.

Overall it was a fantastic day all round to bring in the new spring season and welcome the new #RJXJAGGAD Collection.
