For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead a discretionary discount may be applied. If you have any questions or based on individual circumstances would like a review of your refund amount under this policy, please contact Jaggad Customer Service after your initial refund has been applied. Refund corrections for partially refunded orders will be based on fair play approach by comparing the remainder of items not refunded with the original order terms ie what would have been charged for the remainder of items if only those items were purchased originally, taking into account any qualifying minimum order values and free delivery thresholds.
