Kick-starting Spring: August Collection Launch
In celebration of the new season, to launch our new collections, Formentera and Sahara, we wanted to ‘Kick-start’ Spring with a yoga morning hosted by one of JAGGAD’s key ambassadors, Sarah Piotrowski (@sjp_yoga).
Held at Half Acre in South Melbourne, we created a calming space to support the yoga practice and mindful morning. Inspired by the colour palette of both Formentera and Sahara collections, key styling aspects included florals from Hi Petal Melbourne utilising very natural and earthy textures, complimented with bursts of hot pink and dusty pink roses.
Contrasting to the natural and pink tones of the florals, the media wall featured a neon ‘JAGGAD’ sign from Sketch and Etch Creative, along with a net style fence from Celebrate Party Hire to create a statement as guests entered the venue.
The natural space of Half Acre is completed with brick and timber features, dark tones and details, adding to the atmospheric experience and yoga practice to come. We chose to have minimal décor with small fairy lights to compliment the JAGGAD branding from Sketch and Etch Creative, and black yoga mats filled the room to intensify the experience, relax into the yoga class and create a real ambience.
Sarah kept the class light-hearted and fun, undertaking a 45-minute vinyasa practice, complete with poses for guests to try and push their bodies into positions they haven’t tried before. A big thank you to Fiji Water for keeping our guests hydrated during class.
Post practice we were treated to a spread put together by the Half Acre team, filled with a healthy brunch of build your own Acai bowls and Kombucha from Keep it Cleaner.
It was a perfect way to start the morning- moving your body and getting in the right headspace for the rest of the day.
